Here is a photo of my Andrea 1300c European Knight. Painted in Andrea's acrylics and photographed by me.

IThis was certainly represented a definite challenge to me for several reasons. Up to this point I had painted only 54 mm size figures; then I didn't realize that yellow is a difficult color to shade and highlight; last, the heraldry on the shield and tunic (front and back) was also a first attempt.

The was one section requiring some putty at the right shoulder that at the end is covered by the shoulder pads making it unnecessary. The figure came together perfectly and in spite of the challenge it was a joy all the way through and an excellent learning experience as well as inspiring.

He also submitted this as his favourite figure.
