The Norman Warlord Kit comes in a stout cardboard box to protect the contents and has an instruction sheet in English and Spanish which also has colour references keyed to the Andrea range of acrylic colours.

The parts cast in white meatl are the sword in its scabbard, axe, spurs and, for the horse, reins, stirrups and leathers, and the bit. the rest is cast in a cream colour polyurethane resin. There are excess resin blocks left from the moulding process and some mould part lines on the horse halves that need careful removal.

Fit of parts for the horse- head and body halves -leaves some unfortunate gaps and these will need care during assembly and filler around the neck join and the longitudinal join of the body. However with the rider in place, along with the saddle, hides much of the horses back.

The rider represents a tall man, in mail , which is especially well represented. I think I would put a scarf round his neck which looks a little bare and would be subject to chaffing from mail rings with his face guard open. The kit was designed by S.Blanco and F.Martin
